Cell O con Drymix Plaster
A good plaster needs to have strong adhesion on wall and ceiling with excellent water resistant, crack free and workability properties that will protect the interior, provides flat base of painting, minimize the inconvenience of maintenance and speeds up the construction.
ADVANTAGES
ADVANTAGES
- Compact plaster, Reduce void gaps.
- Negligible silt content, Reduces rebounding.
- CELL O CON DRY MIX PLASTER provides highly durable plaster that cuts, repair and maintenance cost.
- Excellent workability and good adhesion on various
PREPARATION, MIXING & APPLICATION
The SURFACES need to be cleaned and made free from grease and loose particles. The porous and absorbent surfaces need to be pre-wetted prior to application CELL O CON DRY MIX PLASTER to prevent premature loss of water from the plaster. This will ensure that thin layer can be applied without cracking problems and proper cement hydration and adherence of the liters of water for mortar to the surface is attained.
Use 7 to 8 liters of water for 30 kg CELL O CON DRY MIX PLASTER, pour the CELL O CON DRY MIX PLASTER into the water while mixing for 4-5 minutes with hand or still better with a mechanical mixer to achieve a good consistency. Do not over mix.
Allow mixture to stand for 2-3 minutes for additives to dissolve, re-mix again for about 2 minutes. Plaster is ready for use.
Apply plaster to surface, using some pressure while finishing with a steel trowel or wooden float to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster to the surface. CELL O CON DRY MIX PLASTER can be used for interior as well as exterior wall.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
HIGH STRENGTH – HIGH Compressive and tensile strength increase masonry strength.
EASY APPLICATION – The material is pre – mixed and only water has to be added on site. This makes the process of plastering much easier and quicker capacity.
MINIMUM CRACKS – Shrinkage cracks are minimized as premix plaster raw materials is tested and accurately mixed with specic particle size and quantity with additives.
HIGHER COVERAGE – Due to lower density and high volume, it covers 15-20 sqft / bag 30kg with a thickness 10mm to 12mm thick average.
ECONOMICAL – It provides smooth finish walls even in a single coat. Hence saves time and cost required for putty coating.
PREMIXED – No site mix and blending of powder is required, only water to be added.
HASSLE FREE – Easy and hassle free in maintaining mortar ratio, whereas in the traditional method labour and supervision is required to prepare the mix.
MIXING WASTAGE – The wastage caused in the traditional site mix process in which sand sieving and mixing mortar is totally avoided.
STORAGE – Easy to maintain stock as equal size packaging in bag form is provided. FINISH – Surface nish after application is excellent and equal due to best particle size grading. Hence maximizing wall plaster performance.
ALL ROUND YEAR – Dry mix plaster is available the whole year without any uncertainty.
CONSISTENCY – Dry mix plaster with right mix of recipe and quantity at its best comparison chart parameters.

CELL O CON ready mix plaster
Conventional method- application time – Fast Application Not Possible. Quality – Consistent quality due to computerized process in ready mix plaster but consistent quality not possible in Manual mixing. Shrinkage cracks – Minimum Shrinkage cracks in readymix plaster and Signicantly high Shrinkage cracks in conventional method. Handing & Storage – Easy handling and storage in ready mix plaster but difcult to keep stock of different materials in conventional method.
WASTAGE- No wastage Observed in many cases in ready mix plaster but high wastage in conventional method. Eforescence Negligible in ready mix plaster and but high in conventional method due to non-gradation & bigger Sand Grade.
