METHOD OF APPLICATION
Surface Preparation :
To ensure proper adhesion the surface of blocks should be free from dust, oil and other loose particles.
Mixing :
Mix CELL O CON Light weight dry mix mortar supplied in bags with potable water only, in a clean plastic bucket or a clean non corrosive uncontaminated metal tub.
Use an electric agitator or paddle mixer to ensure a block work and uniform mix. The amount of water required for addition is approximately 30% by weight. Add light weight Cell O Con Dry mix mortar to water, turn the contents of the bag carefully and stir frequently. After mixing, allow to stand for 5 minutes and mix again before applying. No further water addition is required to the mix. Please dont remix or reuse hard or set mortar.
Application :
Apply CELL O CON Mixed light weight dry mix mortar to the required thickness 3 to 5 mm by means of a trowel and levelled. CELL O CON Dry Mix Mortar demonstration team will assist in these procedures upon request.
Storage :
Always store CELL O CON light weight dry mix mortar in a dry place, off the ground and well covered. Reject hard or lumpy material.
Cleaning :
Clean tools and equipments promptly with clean water.
Shelf Life :
CELL O CON Dry mix mortar’s shelf life is 6 Months in tightly sealed bags
